刻 · Line · Takt — Manufacturing Operating System

See the real capacity & lead time
of China's factories

TaktMind.MOS is the operating system running inside the factories we work with.
It turns a factory's true capacity and delivery timeline into data you can see, verify and lock in — before you commit an order.

Capacity you can see Lead time you can trust Progress you can track Delivery you can commit
When a factory runs on MOS,
its capacity & delivery stop being a guess.
Real production data, not sales talk.
The Pain

Sourcing from China, the four things you can't see

You don't lack suppliers. You lack a window into what's really happening on their production lines. These four blind spots cost you launches and money.

01

Is the capacity real?

A factory says "we can do 50,000/month". Says who? Without seeing actual work-center output, you're betting your launch on someone's word.

02

Is the lead time real?

"Delivery in 3 weeks" rarely survives contact with the floor. Real lead time depends on live workload, not a brochure number.

03

Where is my order, really?

"It's in production" tells you nothing. Without operation-level reporting, you can't tell ahead from behind until it's too late.

04

Can I trust the quality trail?

When a batch fails, can the factory prove which lot, which operation, which material? Without traceability, a recall becomes a black box.

The answer

What MOS changes for you

Because the factory runs on MOS, its capacity, lead time, progress and quality are generated by the system — not narrated by a salesperson. What you see is the same data the factory uses to run itself.

How capacity & lead time become visible

Four modules that turn the factory into data you can trust

MOS runs inside the factory as one system. Each module produces a piece of the picture you actually care about — real capacity, real lead time, real progress, real traceability.

ERP

Real capacity & costing

What it gives you: honest supply signals

Purchase, sales, inventory and MRP run on one ledger. You see whether the factory actually has the material and capacity to take your order — before you commit.

  • Live inventory & material availability
  • MRP shortage / kitting visibility
  • Transparent costing, itemized
MES

Real lead time & progress

What it gives you: operation-level tracking

Work orders, scheduling and operation reporting live on the floor. You see which operation your order is at, and whether it's on track against the committed date.

  • Work order status, operation by operation
  • Auto scheduling against real capacity
  • Serial traceability & QC gates
WMS

Real stock & shipment

What it gives you: honest inventory

One item, one code, from receiving to shipping. When the factory says "it's ready", the system shows it's physically received, picked and ready to ship.

  • Receiving QC · real-time stock
  • Barcode / serial tracking
  • Shipment readiness, not promises
CRM

Real order & commitment

What it gives you: one accountable thread

Quotes, contracts and orders share the same source as production. The price and date you were quoted are the same ones driving the work order.

  • Quote → order → work order, one thread
  • Commitment tied to real capacity
  • Payment & after-sales on the same record
TaktMind.Model · across all four modules

The same AI the factory uses, working for you

Because the factory runs on MOS + TaktMind.Model, the data is already there — clean, live and connected. That's what lets us answer your real questions directly, without the usual back-and-forth with a sales rep.

Ask capacity

"Can this factory take 20,000 units this month?"

Answered from live work-center load and open orders — not a salesman's estimate.

Ask lead time

"When can I realistically get delivery?"

Computed from the actual schedule, current backlog and each operation's takt — not a brochure number.

Ask progress

"Where is my order right now?"

Operation-level status, straight from the MES — cutting, crimping, assembly, testing.

Ask the trail

"Can you prove which batch and lot this is?"

Full serial + batch traceability, ready for audits, returns and recalls.

How It Works

From your question to a commitment you can trust

When you ask a factory on MOS, the answer travels through the same system the factory runs on — so it's real, and it's consistent from quote to delivery.

Jinfengsheng · Wire-harness manufacturing

A wire-harness manufacturer running on TaktMind.MOS. This is not a demo environment — it's a real production line, which means when you order harnesses here, you're buying capacity that the system can show you and commit to.

  • Capacity shown from live work-center output, not estimates
  • Lead time computed from the actual schedule and backlog
  • Progress tracked operation by operation in real time
  • Serial + batch traceability for every shipment

Why you can believe what you see

System-generated, not narrated

The capacity, lead time and progress you see come straight from the factory's own production system — not from a salesperson's slide.

One thread, quote to delivery

The price and date you were quoted are the same ones driving the work order. No broken telephone between sales and the floor.

Verified by real engineers

Before anything is promised as producible, in-factory engineers confirm it against real equipment. No process hallucination, ever.

FAQ

Common questions

How do I know the capacity number is real?

It comes from the factory's live MOS — work-center output, open orders and current load — not a marketing figure. You're seeing the same data the factory uses to run itself.

Can I really track my order in real time?

Yes. MES reports progress operation by operation. You can see whether your order is at cutting, crimping, assembly or testing — and whether it's on track for the committed date.

How is lead time calculated?

From the actual schedule, the factory's current backlog and each operation's takt time. It's a computed commitment, not a guess — and it updates if the load changes.

What if I need a factory for a different category?

MOS is category-agnostic — wire harness, sheet metal, SMT, assembly. We match you to the factory whose capability (and MOS data) fits your part. See TaktMind.Studio for how routing works.

Will I have to install or learn MOS myself?

No. MOS is the factory's system, running inside their plant. As a buyer you just get the visibility and the commitment — you never touch the software.

Want real capacity & lead time — not estimates?

Tell us what you're looking to make. We'll match you to a factory on MOS and show you their real capacity, lead time and delivery timeline.
